Hello my dears! Believe it or not, I will be 38 in less than a month, (ughh) on September 6th. I’m not trying to sound conceited, as I know we all have flaws, but I have seen many women around who have aged horribly who are younger than me or my age. I’m in no way an expert, I’m just sharing a few tips that work for me.
Most obvious is the live healthy and exercise daily, but being real, I don’t do that as often as I should. I have partied hard way more than I should have in my day and should probably look 60+ years old but thankfully I don’t. Read on to find out why that is and remember to start now while you are still young!
- Drink water religiously, I mean this the most important as water fills our skin, so if your not properly hydrated your skin starts to sag and line.
- Eat!!! When you eat your body us getting the nutrients it needs to perform properly, when you don’t eat, the body gets the nutrients from wherever it can find them, mostly in the skin cells and tissues in the face and bones, and that leads to severe premature aging because when your face loses mass, you get sagging and drooping and lines!
- Cleanse tone and mousturize every morning and night!
- Get lots of sleep! Sleeping rejuvenates the mind and body so get plenty of sleep every day!
