NYX Born to Glow Liquid Illuminator Review

Hello everyone! Today I will be doing a review on NYX Born to Glow  Liquid Illuminator in the shade LI01 Sunbeam.

About the Product

According to the packaging it is “A lightweight liquid Illuminator that gives skin a refreshed glow and beautiful highlight.”

Ingredients:

My Thoughts:

At around 7.50 a bottle I think this is a pretty good product. It can be used as a base for foundation or alone as a highlighter/Illuminator. I find that it is a bit glittery and can leave a glittery finish on the skin when I use it alone. I usually mix it in my darker foundation and it gives me a nice glow.

I especially like that it comes in a no mess tube so there is no risk of spilling the product, I am forever knocking things over so I don’t have to worry about wasting product, and that’s always a good thing!

For the most part I am satisfied with the results I get from mixing it in foundation, but I don’t like the glittery finish using it alone leave and if you want a Lit-Up glow it takes a lot of product so I recommend another product for that,if that’s what your wanting. But if you want a soft, lit from within glow then I think you might like this product. The swatches below are the product alone, on the left it is unblended and blended on the right.

Well that’s all I have, I hope that this was helpful enough for you if you have been wanting to try this out. Thanks for checking me out, what are some of your favorite Highlighters and Illuminators?Have you used this product? Leave a comment letting me know! Later Loves Xoxo
